Reporting Pet Waste / Pet Nuisance Problems
The City of Bowie Animal Control Department provided these resources regarding pet waste disposal and/or pet nuisance problems. There are options available to notify violators. For example, if the homeowner knows the address of the violator, Bowie will send them a letter. This is a non-enforcement action but will make the person aware of the policies on this issue. They also have an enforcement option, but it is more detailed and
involves affidavits. In short, it is best for the homeowner to contact Animal Control Department. Link available below:

Ternberry Board of Director Meetings
The Ternberry Board of Directors meets four times a year to discuss HOA matters. Homeowners are welcomed to attend and observe to learn more about Ternberry priorities and offer solutions. Those with concerns specific to their property should work with Management directly, separate from the Board Meeting.
Meetings are from 7:00 – 8:30 pm unless otherwise noted.
