About Us

The Ternberry Homeowners Association (HOA) is non-profit corporation whose purpose is to enforce and ensure that covenants, codes and rules are adhered to by all homeowners. These rules and guidelines were created to protect and maintain property values while retaining a desirable quality of life within the community.  Association fees are established to cover operational fees associated with maintenance of common areas, parking, etc. Once you decide to move into a HOA community, you have decided to uphold the community’s rules and standards. You are part of the group that is committed to maintain the aesthetics of their individual property.

As a voting member you have the power to elect your neighbors as board members, who will volunteer their time.
